While on tour supporting her debut album, Underwood met her now-husband Mike Fisher. The two were introduced by the bassist in her band after one of her concerts and they began dating. Initially she declined, stating she didn’t have time in her schedule to date. The NHL player proposed one year later and the two were married in Greensboro, Georgia. According to US Magazine, Fisher proposed with a $800,000 engagement ring. Seven years later and the couple is still going strong.
