Judy Carne was Burt Reynolds’ first wife. The pair had a short romance before tying the knot in 1963, but after just two years they called it a day on their marriage and divorced in 1965. Although Carne had a career of her own, when the pair were married she was best-known as his wife, which was probably unfair but maybe it was a sign of how big a star Reynolds was becoming. During their relationship, Carne featured in TV shows Far Exchange, and The Baileys of Balboa.
