Throughout most of her life, Ellie had suffered from a mouthful of teeth that had seemed much more crowded than normal. When she was 14 years old, she took a trip to the dentist and was later referred to her local orthodontist. The aim was to give her braces, and allow her teeth to simply straighten themselves and fit into place. Ellie was ready to undertake the mission and deal with the braces, but when she got there, she had no idea that the orthodontist was going to give her news that would change her life.
