[post_page_title]No entry[/post_page_title]
It’s quite common for parking lots to have a paygate that doesn’t let drivers in or out until they pay a small fee. In order for that paygate to actually work, however, it has to effectively block the entryway so cars can’t get by without paying. In this hysterical mixup, either the designer trusted drivers to operate on the honor system, or vastly underestimated the amount of the entry that this tiny arm would block.
