This is one of those rare instances where the fault lies with the customer, rather than the people delivering the product. Moira here did exactly what was asked of her, from the white balls to the grey ribbon.
She also added the “wee blind girl” on the top of the cake just as this mother wanted. So what’s the problem? Autocorrect strikes again. She meant blonde, not blind, but Moira had no way of knowing that. At least she did a great job with the cake. It looks delicious.
