This is probably one of the harsher roasts that we’ve seen. While we can’t actually see much, if any acne is beneath this person’s makeup, the rule of a roast is that if you can plausibly make fun of someone for something, you should.
As such we’ve been gifted with this truly brutal crack about how the person pictured has locked away whole mountainous ranges of acne beneath their makeup, which are crying out to be freed from their unjust prison of foundation and blush.
