Are you really a parent if you haven’t made AT LEAST one mistake that involved your newborn baby? Most of the time, these mistakes are harmless and do not actually put the baby at risk – but they can often make the parents feel guilty.
This is exactly what happened to Chip when their son, Drake, was just 6 weeks old. While Joanna was running, Chip decided that he would take a trip to the grocery store. However, Drake was so quiet that Chip forgot that he was there – and went to the store without him, leaving him alone in the house.
