While President Snow caused a huge amount of drama within The Hunger Games, he didn’t work alone. One of the women working beside him was Egeria, who was the Minister of Interior in the Capitol.
She was seen to be Snow’s right-hand woman, and she was there for some of the most important events within the two Mockingjay movies. While it’s not known what happened to her, many believe that she may have found her end when the Capitol was overthrown.
