This school that Louis very much wanted to go to is called Heart of Worcestershire College – and the program he wanted to apply to was Hospitality and Catering.
Put simply, Louis was going to apply to a program that would train him to be a professional chef – and considering the fact that cooking was a strong passion of his, he was excited about the idea, and confident about his chances. So he applied for the college, and played the waiting game.
