Okay, so the Scavengers – also known as the Garbage People, since they lived in a junkyard – constantly switched loyalties back and forth between Rick’s group and the Saviors. But it was still shocking to see all of them brutally killed at once by the Saviors at the order of Simon, who disregarded Negan’s instructions to only kill one of them. The Scavenger’s leader, Jadis, was the only one who survived, by laying down and playing dead.
