With her relationship with Eddie, she admitted that it took some time before they were each able to tell the other that they were in love. “I guess he didn’t want to throw the word ‘love’ out there too soon, until he knew that this was serious,” she said.
“One night he picked me up and he was driving. He told me that he needed to have a word with me,” she recalled. “He then goes ‘I’m in love with you’ and my heart just sunk, I felt so much joy and happiness.”
