It’s unclear to us whether or not this inmate has been a baker his whole life, or whether he only became one when he got put in prison, but either way, we love his passion for the job.
Maybe he grew up with a passion for baking, and never really got around to pursuing it. If that is the case, then maybe going to prison was actually a blessing in disguise for him, a place for him to reflect on his life, like some sort of creative and therapeutic meditation.
