The singer is a ladies’ man. Throughout his career highs and lows, he’s always made sure there was a woman at his side. He met his wife Wanda Miller at a restaurant in Atlanta where she worked as a hostess. It was her shift the night that the singer came. He had a blind date, and it didn’t pan out.
Later in the evening, he called the restaurant and asked about Wanda, and then he left his number with Wanda’s co-workers, instructing her to call back. At first, she thought this was a joke, but her co-workers swore it was true and she called him back, and they began dating, and eventually married.
