As Mike and Catherine made the 45-mile journey to the hospital, they began to talk about the first time they had visited. It was back in 2012. Katelyn had just been born and was only a few days old when she was the latest medical emergency, the tiny youngster suffered a stroke and began to have seizures. Katelyn was rushed straight to the intensive care unit where she would have to spend the next week. Mike and Catherine were forced to wait for test results.
