Although most mothers would do pretty much anything for their children, one grandmother recently went above and beyond by giving her son the greatest gift of all, a baby. Despite her age, she was able to successfully carry and give birth to her son daughter – and her granddaughter.

Cecile Eledge, a 61-year-old mother and grandmother from Nebraska, has been gaining tons of attention worldwide for giving birth to her son’s daughter, her granddaughter, via surrogacy.
Although the story was quick to go viral and has since been generating quite the positive response from the public, Cecile doesn’t think that it was “that big of a deal.” According to her, it was “no different” to the times she gave birth to her own kids 30 years prior.
