Tony came to the conclusion that the school’s dress code desperately needed a change. In his opinion, rather than schools and their governing bodies, it should be parents who make the decisions regarding what their children should and should not be allowed to wear.
Tony realized that if he was going to be able to change the rules of the school, it would require the mobilization of support from the community, especially the parents of other students at Raymond J. Fisher.
