One 13 year old girl from Los Gatos, California, found herself subjected to what she thought was a particularly unfair ruling regarding the outfit she wore to school on a hot summer’s day. Not only that, but Demetra Alarcon’s father, Tony Alarcon, was entirely in agreement.
He thought that Raymond J. Fisher Middle School’s response to his daughter’s outfit was ridiculous, and that the school was being overly strict for no reason. As a result, Tony ended up on a crusade to change the rules around dress codes.
