Ultimately, Tony didn’t get the change that he had been hoping for that day. At the end of the meeting, the administrators of the school decided that there should be no change to the dress code, and the meeting was put aside for the time being.
Nonetheless, Tony was determined not to give up, and pledged to continue building support for a change. He is adamant that the children attending the school should not be made to feel uncomfortable or unduly scrutinized, as they are only children trying to dress in a way that they feel comfortable.
