Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez aren’t the first celebrities to live in this stunning Malibu home. The couple purchased the house from actor Jeremy Piven, who is best known for his role in the hit comedy series Entourage.
JLo and ARod are believed to have shelled out $6.6 million for the 4,404 square foot home. The Malibu house has four bedrooms and three-and-a-quarter bathrooms. The walls are lined with windows and the open floor plan makes the house look spacious and bright. In an interview, Jen said that the new house is “a little fixer-upper next to the water.” That might be underselling it just a little.
