Before Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez purchased their Malibu beach house, they listed their luxurious Manhattan apartment. The New York City flat was the first home that they bought together, but that didn’t stop them from listing it less than a year after they purchased it.
The apartment, which they bought for $15 million, is on the market for $17 million. Even though it’s quite large at 4,000 square feet, there are only three bedrooms. Since they’re a family of six, A-Rod and J-Lo wanted more space.
