One of the things that makes Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s new house so great is, of course, the location. Malibu, California is a city on the beach about 30 miles outside of downtown Los Angeles.
A number of movie stars choose to live in Malibu due to its beauty and proximity to LA. The weather is wonderful, the beaches are breathtaking, and there are plenty of parks and trails nearby. It certainly sounds like the perfect place to raise a family.
