The lower level of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s new house is perfect for entertaining. There’s an open room with plenty of seating space and it even has a bar.
The gorgeous room is open and bright, and has a wall of windows overlooking the beach. Guests can enjoy the sauna, and if the weather is nice (which it usually is in Malibu) they can exit to the private stretch of sand. We certainly wouldn’t mind being guests in this house!
