The rest of Anisa’s day was relatively uneventful and went by quickly. By the time she left work, it was like the accident had never happened.
However, she still had the photo on her phone to prove that she hadn’t merely imagined the crash. Once she got home, Gannon decided to show the picture to her family, and that’s when she realized its significance. It was her aunt that picked up on it, and once she pointed it out, Anisa couldn’t see anything else. She had to do something about it.
