No matter what people’s opinions are about the photo, that hasn’t stopped them from coming together online to try and help the struggling families.
Following the crash, a fundraiser was set up to contribute towards funeral costs for the three victims. The incident reminded thousands of people that life is precious and the people they love could be taken from them at any time. Hannah and Lauren’s families never got the chance to say goodbye, so this was their opportunity to make the send-off as amazing as it could possibly be.
