Unfortunately, by the time 2004 rolled around, it seemed as though Alicia had found herself caught up in a handful of canceled shows. She needed something to break her out of the acting rut.
Thankfully, she was soon offered a part as the leading news anchor, Heather Jasper Jones, in the family comedy Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. Although critics were quick to dismiss the movie, it looked as though the entire cast had been able to earn themselves quite the fanbase.
