Alicia was getting used to a time in the limelight when she was offered the role of a lifetime: Cher in Clueless. The film was about to catapult Alicia to a whole new level of stardom as it seemed as though everyone in the world fell for the film.
As well as becoming an instant hit, the movie also paved the way for plenty more coming-of-age films throughout the ‘90s and ‘00s. Thankfully, Alicia’s talents were recognized as the actress took home several awards for her role.
