Brian and Randy said their goodbyes before the student met up with his friend, William Florence, also known as Clint. The pair started their night at the “Ugly Tuna Saloona” – a bar found just outside the university’s campus.
Brian and Clint wanted to drink at every bar along the way until they ended up at the Arena District. The area was busy with students who were all enjoying the break, but things were a little tense. The area was about to go through many changes.
