Because they were married, Anna and Chris had to confirm certain details of their divorce. Thankfully, they signed prenups before they got married – so dividing their assets was not going to be a problem.
What they did need to decide on was what was going to happen with their son. Who would he live with? Where would he go? Who would have custody? The couple were set in their ways when it came to their son, and they both agreed that joint custody would be the best way to ensure normalcy for Jack.
