It’s said that only one day after Adele and her long-term boyfriend broke up, she went straight to the studio and began writing and recording. This was allegedly Adele’s first real relationship, and she says she really grew up during it.
When things ended, the artist was told that her life would be boring without him, so she wrote Rolling in the Deep in response to this statement. We think three Grammy’s for that one song isn’t very boring, but that’s just us.
