The biggest issue with the comment was the insinuation that Ariel had changed her body through plastic surgery. While she’s obviously admitted to having breast reduction surgery in the past, she stands firm that she’s never had any other work done.
Ariel’s response to the comment praised the message that girls should love themselves just as they are, but criticized the commenter’s need to bring her down in the process. Assuming that she’d had plastic surgery just because of how she looked was not supportive of women in the slightest.
