Shelley Hack, who replaced Kate Jackson as the character of Tiffany Welles, only lasted for Season 4. Why? Well, she simply wasn’t liked by either critics or fans. So, by the end of the season, she was fired by the producers in favor of a replacement.
However, Hack was fuming with the producers because she only found out about her dismissal by seeing it in the press. Hack once said in an interview, “They only fired me to get publicity. They just wanted a new angel hunt.”
