In the first season, the three actresses were paid different amounts of money, despite all having basically the same filming schedule and screen-time. Kate Jackson was paid $10,000 an episode, which was double what Jaclyn Smith was being paid at just $5,000 an episode.
We can’t imagine this differentiation of payment would happen nowadays, especially when it comes to such a feminist-driven show. However, by the final season, all three women were being paid the same amount.
