Perhaps this futuristic concept car is the vehicular version of The Human Centipede. Run out of fuel, or battery? No problem, just latch onto the nearest car and you can get towed wherever you want.
The only catch is that now you are stuck to the car in front for the rest of time, so you might as well make yourself comfortable. Maybe in the future drivers will be playing a large-scale version of Snake with these cars, and this is just the beginning of the level.
