Thankfully, Alexis wasn’t going to give up that easily. Serena and her friends were trying desperately hard to get rid of the man who had just come to sit next to them, so they fabricated a story that a rat was right by his table and making its way over to his feet. Enough to make anyone run for their lives, right? Not Alexis! His response was that he was “from Brooklyn” and therefore sees rats “all the time.” His persistence eventually paid off, so the rats were obviously worth it.
