It seems as though Gene will never have a cure for his eye condition. However, the glasses have given him a chance to enjoy the world in ways that he never believed until now. To top it off, the couple also have some exciting news.
They recently welcomed a new addition to the family. As well as getting to watch Lincoln grow up with a little brother by his side, Gene has been able to be more involved with his children’s’ lives than ever before.
