eSight are highly advanced technological glasses. The glasses mimic the actual vision of the eye – like a really strong pair of glasses. The goal of its founders, was to enable people with impaired vision, or the legally blind, to participate in day-to-day activities.
In the time since Gene’s story, the company has been able to make it even better. It’s lighter, faster, as well as cheaper. The company claims that in 2017, more than 1,000 patients have already used eSight and improved their lives as a result.
