The ranch Reynolds bought in Florida was given the name ‘Valhalla’ by the actor. In folklore, Valhalla is the place where great Nordic warriors went if they were slain in battle.
It was fitting that Reynolds lived out the last of his days in his very own Valhalla, a place so luxurious it could well be his very own slice of heaven. He might not have been a Viking, but Reynolds played enough heroes in his time as an actor to find a place among the acting greats.
