When the drivers are taking their cars for a warm-up lap, it’s important that they remain in formation. They could be sneaky and try to take someone else’s place on the grid, so it’s vital that they don’t overtake while on the warm-up lap.
It seems that these women have also decided to stand in their own formation; height order. We don’t know if they spent the entire race walking around in height order, but we’re going to choose to believe that they did.
