In the past, the roles women have on the track may look glamorous, but that wasn’t always the case. There is real danger that comes from being near the pits, where cars and bodies are constantly moving around.
Unluckily for this woman, she is proof that it’s no picnic down on the track as it looks like someone may have run over her leg. At least she appears to have a smile on her face, so it’s not all doom and gloom.
