Jessica Cauffiel plays Milan Mercer, Lord Mercer’s daughter. She is given a job at the department store and works with Drew for a while, with Lord Mercer forcing Drew to be her mentor at the store. She eventually sinks into a depression after ruins a union negotiation. She gets fired and her boyfriend dumps her soon after, so she threatens to end her own life. Lord Mercer does not believe her, but Drew ends up convincing Lord Mercer to give her another chance.
