Kim Harvey was Oswald’s mother. She was previously divorced, and was a love interest of Drew’s when he was much younger. In fact, in one episode, Kim says that Drew was too young for her back then, but is too old for her now! Drew’s mother Beulah and Kim were best friends growing up, something which brought Oswald and Drew together. It is later revealed that Kim’s ex-husband was a career criminal who was constantly in and out of jail.
