This character is first introduced in the second season and goes on to appear in 41 episodes. Clayton worked for the CIA, which meant he often had to team up with the JAG team.
However, after a while the two groups became rivals. Clayton had a relationship with Mac over the years which didn’t have a happy ending, unfortunately. Clayton faked his death as part of his work, something he had successfully done in the past. The move didn’t sit well with Mac, who ended things.
