Tommy is played by Michael Patrick McGill on Shameless. Tommy, a recurring character throughout the show, is a regular customer at The Alibi Room, as well as one of Frank’s friends.
He manages a construction crew for a living, for which he hires Lip as a temporary employee for the summer, in season 5. One of the show’s more optimistic characters, Tommy provides a cheerful voice and a comic relief to the show.
