There’s no doubt about the fact that Carol Foster is the star of Step by Step and the woman who transformed her beauty salon into something special, but everyone needs an extra set of hands sometimes, right? Well, that was where Jean-Luc Rieupeyroux came into things.
This character only appeared in season six of the show, but over the course of his 26 episodes, he proved that his eccentric ways and his talent as a beautician were invaluable to Carol and her salon. He left a short while later, though.
