Hayden Panettiere isn’t the only co-star Milo Ventimiglia has dated. He and his on-screen Gilmore Girls girlfriend Alexis Bledel took their romance off-screen in 2002. They dated, in secrecy, for four years and things got pretty serious.
At one point, they were even talking about the possibility of getting married in the future. Since their 2006 breakup, Alexis has gone on to marry former Mad Men co-star Vincent Kartheiser, who she now shares one son with.
