Nick Cannon may not be one of Kim Kardashian’s most well-known relationships (she didn’t marry him like Kanye or make a “home video” with him like Ray J), but the pair were a couple briefly toward the end of 2006. As it turns out, her previous relationship with Ray J affected her new one with Cannon and was part of the reason they broke up. Kim allegedly lied to Nick stating that there was no video, but the leaked footage proved otherwise. Because of the dishonesty, things ended between them.
