Considering he appeared in the relatively popular sitcom ‘Melissa & Joey’ between 2010-15, Joey Lawrence shouldn’t be struggling to make ends meet. However, just two years after the show ended, he filed for bankruptcy, claiming to be $355,000 in debt.
He and his wife owed money for things like credit card bills and unpaid rent, as well as the usual lack of tax payments. Things were eventually resolved in 2018, but Lawrence will need to keep racking up acting credits if he wants to avoid any future financial issues.
