After starring on the sitcom ‘A Different World,’ Sinbad thought he’d finally made it. Unfortunately, while the show might have made him a star, the success didn’t last very long. It was only a short while later that the comedian began struggling with his finances.
This resulted in him declaring bankruptcy on multiple occasions, with Sinbad placing the blame on business expenses. Although he supposedly didn’t live a flashy lifestyle, other costs led to him being millions of dollars in loans. What he was earning simply wasn’t enough.
