We bet you’re wondering what the heck Mark Zuckerberg is doing on this list because the man with $61 billion in the bank surely doesn’t need to be frugal? Well, it seems as though Mark loves it that way. Not only does he wear the same hoodie-and-jean combo pretty much everywhere, but it seems as though he’s not exactly generous with his money. Apparently, he didn’t even tip his servers while he was on his honeymoon. Yikes, Mark. Maybe give them a ‘Like’ on Facebook at least?
