Madonna and Guy Ritchie met at a dinner party hosted by the actress and director, Trudie Styler, at her London home, when they were seated next to one another. Styler, apparently, thought the two were a perfect fit for one another and played matchmaker.
Shortly after, they fell in love, and Madonna moved to England with her director boyfriend. In 2000, a year after initially meeting, they welcomed their son Rocco. A few months later that same year, Ritchie and Madonna got married, however in 2008, the couple had divorced.
